Legal Knowledge: he bends the law and takes advantage of underrepresented people. Fairness & Impartiality: this man needs to be arrested for taking paymentsww from prominent law firms to help their clients. He constantly break rules and regulations and he will still do because no one has dared to put a stop to this. to win a case with judge Bailey is better to be a white man, and/or pay under the table via your attorney. Judicial Temperament: he has the temperament of a toddler who skipped a nap. he definitely has anger issues that he vents though his position of power. as a openly MAGA, he does not try to hide his hates towards POC’s, specifically those with an accent. Communication: he rambles about personal stuff that does not matter to the case. he is known for sending a. mass email about another judge where he insulted his character and made terrible accusations. he was demoted since then hence his temperament. Fighting for MY children Legal Knowledge: Horrendous feedback from judge-who stated my children's father who was arrested for DV for choking me while nursing was "so long ago it doesn't matter"...all my children NEGATIVELY impacted by this judge-their lives have been STOLEN in this judicial process Fairness & Impartiality: Judge told me since I work in healthcare-for Veterans-as he is a Veteran-I "should have known better" Judicial Temperament: This judge has STOLEN my children's childhood....everything he has ASKED I did-and it is STILL NOT ENOUGH-he has questioned EVERY credential of every professional licensed in the state of his courtroom-26 HOURS from WHERE I LIVE Communication: I have been found GUILTY of violoting this Judge's orders...yet NEVER served to date....2 years and half a country, 13+ attorneys in.... Timeliness: I am a STAY AT HOME MOM since 2017 in the state of Oregon who suffered horrific DV in utero and post-partum, when my abuser filed for divorce in 2022...I have been PUNSIHED for returning to the workforce as a licensed clinical psycholgist and daugheter of a disabled Vietnam War Veteran-with visual and hearing impairments in Judge Bailey's COURTROOM-which were mocked all 3 years we have been in litigation...Judge Bailey has told me since I work in healthcare NOW (I didn't when my life was being endangered by my spouse who I married in the Catholic church)-I should have "known better" and if "you were really scared of your supposed abuser you would have left"

Custody Legal Knowledge: Holds hearing in chambers, so nothing said is on the record Fairness & Impartiality: issued an immediate danger order ex parte, allowed father to take children in the middle of a school day Judicial Temperament: Threatens mother with no visitation of children if she does not agree (in chambers)

family court Legal Knowledge: Judge Bailey has no regard for child safety, and no respect for those in the courtroom. he changes custody with no evidentiary hearings and ignored a 15 year old re where they felt safe to live. he should not be in a position to decide a child’s life. Also if you are a woman in his courtroom you are out before you start . Fairness & Impartiality: Judge Bailey defines bias against women and children. Judicial Temperament: Judge Bailey is the most abusive Judge I have ever been before, or observed in a courtroom. Communication: Judge Bailey just checks the no box no legal ruling or explanation , he routinely denies show cause hearings yet will have exparte hearings Timeliness: yes he will change custody on a dime and deny your motion, your request for a proper venue like where the children live in stead of being forced to be in Washington county .
