no evidence at all was taken into consideration, cps reports that ended in foster care due to SA forms moms bf, 2nd grader getting kicked out of school due to behaviors, adhd meds started at 5yearold and per doctors statements from moms mouth it was because she “couldn’t control her” at home. but none of this had an impact and the judge laughed about it !
