Ex Parta False alligations im excessive numbers automaticly belived with out evidence. 72-hour notification never took place. When I finally got setved 28 days later a hearing was requested and was told I coild mot present evidence against the false alligations and further barriers we're implemented. I was not showing courtesy, the plaintiff's lawyer was belligerent towards me and was abusive in the way she addressed me. I was your fuse the right to defend myself to not only the false allegations but the way I was being treated by the plaintiff's lawyer and the judge. The proceedings were biased to the Core. I was even made fun of and treated like I was less than.
