custody case where the magistrate under her violated my rights for due process during the final hearing. when I objected to the ruling based off facts and discrepancies in the magistrate Fross journal entry she came back with a ruling of mom is just mad and was agreeing in time loosing custody to my abusive ex who has been arrested and convicted for domestic violence 7 times. Because my child missed 3 visits due to my safety concerns at the beginning and at that time the original GAL that was appointed never showed up nor reached out. Legal Knowledge: The whole cuyahoga county juvenile court need to under review. They just charged Judge Celebreeze with falsifying journal entries and misconduct and I’m 1000% sure she wasn’t the only one. My journal entries don’t have correct information in the either.
