Sheriff's dept. vs Afroman Fairness & Impartiality: He was very clearly wanting the department to win the case. Exhibited rude and malice behavior towards the defendant. Judicial Temperament: Was angry the dept. lost you could very clearly tell.

Legal Knowledge: His understanding is to try to bias the jury to the results he wants. Unacceptable! Fairness & Impartiality: Absolutely not. He was biased against @ogafroman from the beginning and tried to bias the jury. Judicial Temperament: it was obvious that he was angry with the jury's decision and didn't like Afroman Communication: only when trying to bias the jury against defendant

The afroman lemon pound cake defamation case. Legal Knowledge: He wanted afroman to pay court fees even though afroman prevailed in the case. Fairness & Impartiality: The way he read off the ruling of the jury to the courtroom was very condescending. Communication: He explained the ruling but didn't excuse the courtroom his attendee had to do that.
