CPO violation that my overpaid useless attorney told me to plead guilty to. I moved to reverse my plea, and although I had cases in Ohio presented where this was allowed along with the ORC that gives me the right to, since I could not “prove a manifest injustice” she refused to hear anything. as I attempted to bring up the other cases in Ohio. she called a recess, and told me to talk to the clerk. I am now filing an appeal and reporting this to the Supreme Court in Ohio.
