charged me and my fiance with disorderly conduct before we appeared in court over my son's truancy. he only missed 84.6 hours of school. we went in as a sui juris as a special appearance. we weren't served our court hearing prior to this and the private school I have my son in the judge told us he has every right to have jurisdiction over our son. hes taking other peopls children away from good loving parents as well. hes crooked and worked as a lawyer for this juvenile court for years before becoming a judge. Communication: he never explained to us about what he charged us with or the reason why. Timeliness: never served us our court hearing the probation officer wrote the private school teacher instead of me.
