I've had grandparent custody and child custody in front of this absolutely horrible person. Judicial Temperament: Magistrate was 20 minutes late for court and I asked for documentation from the court staff, he threatened to throw me in jail if I didn't go sit down and shut up! Fairness & Impartiality: Nonexistent. Timeliness: I filed a motion in August, didn't hear back from the courts until January! Communication: Went months without having numerous motions heard or ruled upon, countless went past the time allowed by the state of Ohio. Legal Knowledge: Very male bias, allows lies, heresy, false affidavits and testimony! Threatens to have you arrested if you don't go sit down in the hallway and shut up!
