F Legal Knowledge: I was not allowed ake my notebook in court room while plaintiff and her representation did. I feel was not heared and judge took biased, prejudiced child custody decision not respecting code and ethics and constitutional rights. Court case was biased, multiple closed door meetings happened behind my back: James Hanneman and Dawn Piggs did go into judges chamber multiple times (i witnessed at least 3 times) and with refusal of notebook and other procedural goof ups I suspect more was going on in there. A gag order / NDA was attempted through Dawn Piggs as guard litteram appointed by judge Owens to be used as a coercion method not speak about my case publicly and access to my daughter was weaponized if I don't sign. I refused sign coercion NDA against my constitutional rights and as a result I lost visitation rights to my daughter. Becasue I was not heard properly and case was delayed over 9 mopnths (15-16 months into process) judge seemed sided in a biased manner with false accusations of ex-wife I consider there are serious concerning issues going on in that court house that should raise serious concerns whoever has to deal with them. Financial burden, stress and injustice weas created because case was not handled properly and in a timely manner. Appointted guardian ad litteram fees didin't seem justified, was in the process of being charged ~1500$ and seen guardian 1 times half an hour. Personally felt like a money funneling scheme with no timely resolution to anything. After like 16 months into no seeing any balanced workflow / solution to my case I had no choice but to move away from the whole corruption ridden case. All this while other corrupt actors in Mansfield / Ohio were trying sabotage my life: lieutenent Berry with obstruction of justice and not doing his job properly. Fairness & Impartiality: BIASED !
