OVI case Fairness & Impartiality: Much harder on women for identical charges .Frequently orders counseling (Must be through CRC/GCBB) or CASC program and takes delight in being a jerk. Only cares about earning a bar for herself as a tough judge, yet if you get into one of her gov’t grant funded programs, such as OVI court or Mental Health Court, she babies you and hands out gift cards and knocks court costs off. Touts these programs as “very successful”, when in reality it’s just a way to make more money off those who couldn’t afford a real attorney to begin with. She’s truly evil, doesn’t care if she’s taking a mother away from her kids in order to pad the courts pockets. Terrible judge AND human. Judicial Temperament: loves being mean to women especially-unless your on one of her “specialized court dockets”, which is funded from grant money
