a year ago the family court judge in Tioga County NY we had was changed to Wallace back in November 2025 my ex filed a full custody petition using false allegations of me drinking while having my son which was not true at the time my current was pregnant with our baby they put it in a order for me to do evals at the time we were having to drive 2 hrs away to a special care hospital because my current fiance has had previous issues carrying before so I had asked my attorney for more time my woman was supposed to be induced they tried to make it for my woman’s due date I asked for more time my attorney kept failing to tell me exactly what the courts were asking he just said needed evals so I got them done well we didn’t have court again for that until November of 2026 well in August a few months before there was an incident that took place that did not involve any children and my ex tried to have an order of protection placed on me and my current suspending visitation with my son not the newborn I was never served with it my mother was served with it September 3rd 2026 it was an order to show cause suspending my visitations by the opposing parties attorney we didn’t have court until November at this time the newborn was here so now there is an order of protection put in place for me and my current keeping me away from my newborn me and my current had court for that in September 2026 it was dismissed so we have court in November for the order to show cause suspending my visitations and I took several evals before going in November the evaluator could not get in touch with the AFC then my attorney says her attorney and him worked up a stipulation I refused to sign it so from November until February we didn’t have court again February 2026 it was so that I had supervised visits with my son still no hearing it seems this judge just makes decisions based on relationships with attorneys and without proper legal steps making me miss every holiday with my son and most importantly his first days of days and now we are heading into summer still no hearing until June this judge has made many comments trying to say that I have substance abuse issues which there is zero evidence of that he’s made comments to the attorneys that they will figure it out I feel like he’s violated my constitutional rights and also my child’s constitutional rights basically I’m being denied my child and they are conditioning visitations on me signing a stipulation without a hearing and actual presented evidence Legal Knowledge: judge violates constitutional rights has ex parte communications with attorneys .
