Fairness & Impartiality: likely had a bias towards the other party as he had previous positive experience with them years ago Legal Knowledge: didn't seem to understand that abuse that isn't physical or directed towards a child but still occurs in front of a child is abuse. or that an adult speaking sexually to a very young child is abusive. was told by this judge that it's not his job to get involved in family matters when I filed a motion against someone to stop domestic abuse occurring in front of my child. he's literally our family court judge. the motion never went anywhere because I saw no point after that.
