Legal Knowledge: he’s doing my case and has no jurisdiction. there’s no transfer documentation for the indictment to be in IDV court. he’s not even an IDV judge. I’m never on the docket and he’s been keeping me away from my daughter for 27 months with out a fact finding hearing I should of had no later than 60 days! he’s very very dirty! Fairness & Impartiality: he’s backdating o.o.p.’s after stating I don’t have one in his court. he doesn’t even have the indictment and I found out thru the clerk I was never indicted by the gj Judicial Temperament: corrupt! and a criminal Communication: corrupt. Don’t listen doesn’t case. not on docket Timeliness: case has been going on since may 9 w2024 in idv court
