CPS filed an amended petition. she allowed removal if my children with no evidence. due process was violated as I was called and given 2 hours to prepare for the hearing and wasn’t served documents until after the hearing. my lawyer was unable to attend and I had a stand in. was not given opportunity to present evidence. no testimony was taken. was not emergency removal yet order was signed prior to me having court!
