criminal possession of controlled substance 4th Legal Knowledge: I was lied to by the attorney this court assigned me & I was pushed through court by 3 arraignments, then my 4th court date was sentencing. I asked to fire my attorney & judge Revoir refused my request. Without me even saying why I wanted to fire him, the judge told me he was more than adequate to represent me. The judge knew I was assigned the public defenders office yet he allowed them to wait 2 months to actually assign me an attorney. He knew I couldn’t receive my Certificate of Compliance with not having a lawyer. He knew I had to file to request it within 14 days and he still did nothing. He was rude & distespto me in court by telling me to shut my mouth. He allowed the ADA to speak her personal feelings by stating she did not feel I deserved another chance. Fairness & Impartiality: Judge Revoir is very bias and shows it in the court Judicial Temperament: very, very unprofessional when he told me to shut my mouth after asking him if he was refusing me my civil rights & refusing me an attorney who will represent me to the best of his/her ability Communication: He didn’t explain much Timeliness: He made his decision on day one instead of hearing my side also and weighing out evidence, even the 2 pieces that were withheld by the state troopers and the ADA
