Linda is very Biased and opinionated, she ruins lives, doesn't have any concept of fairness or keeping families together! if you have the unforture to appear before recuse her or get another Judge!!! Legal Knowledge: terrible Judge has ruined the lives of Hundrends maybe thousands! Fairness & Impartiality: not fair or impartial, favors women and is also biased against minorities and foreigners, picks a winner and sticks to it! Judicial Temperament: She has sever modd swings, rules off of emotion not off the law... Communication: does not communicate well... puts in confusing and unfollow able orders! Timeliness: will drag out cases for years, have no resolve!
