This judge I’ve known since college. Although it’s been many years since I’ve actually conversed with her, the times I did converse with her showed me how mentally troubled she was. It was no surprise to learn that she was stalking another person and was caught doing it. She, like all the other judges in that Second Judicial District Court, has no bond or valid recorded oath of office/commission in DIRECT violation of Nevada law!
custody of my son with cps , I live in another state, they refused my evidence of abuse and still gave my son to the abusive father whom they even charged , I have no idea where my son is Legal Knowledge: rude , closed case before even seeing my evidence Fairness & Impartiality: very much biased Judicial Temperament: eye rolling Communication: refused to send any motions and rulings Timeliness: left me out of the hearings
