she’s crooked and corrupt. she doesn’t follow constitution or state law. my abuser bought her decision and she handed my son over to him after 8 years of me being the PPR(parent of primary residence). Timeliness: she intentionally sat on an Temporary Order for 5 months so that she could create a new status quo for my sons father. Legal Knowledge: Do not tell her the other parent was abusive. Do not allow her to relitigate matters that have already been heard for the purpose of keeping a money funnel for herself (in the form of sponsorship) and the attorneys. Communication: I was not found to be unfit, there was no best interests evaluation, there were no signs of abuse or neglect, I have never touched any drugs, I have never had any history of nor do I show any signs of mental health issues.
