Judicial Temperament: Is it professional to violate a mans constitutional rights as a sitting judge?
Communication: Not when rulings go violated again, and again and again and again without any reprocussion. Then decides an underaged girl who's clearly been manipulated should make the ruling.
Timeliness: My case was dragged out with no results over and over and over for 4 years. until I realized NH Courts are Corrupt and there is no Justice....ever.

Legal Knowledge: Did not uphold same standards for pro se party; allowed attorney to name call, be disrespectful, and frankly abusive to pro se ; was unaware of law requiring sharing of DCYF records with others outside case
Fairness & Impartiality: 100% bias toward women and mothers; so much that attorneys in the area are declining to represent females if they are before this judge because they know the case is already lost; requests closed door meetings with attorneys; does not control his court staff for inappropriate and exparte communication
Judicial Temperament: sheep in wolf’s clothing - made a point of saying he’d keep our much delayed case on timeline; it was years later and another judge who had to clean up his work
Communication: makes wild accusations in orders without questioning the parties or providing opportunity for parties to clarify his questions
Timeliness: most motions filled with him went so long that they were never dealt with, because by then new motions had been filed
