divorce/custody/child support
post divorce relocation matter Legal Knowledge: The judge used legal statue to craft the decision. She wanted rather than listening to the case with open mind and crafting the decision after. Fairness & Impartiality: The judge went out of her way to punish the mother in this case by literally taking things that weren’t even asked for by the father and adding in language that benefited him well above and beyond anything that was necessary. there are so many more things here that I can’t write. Judicial Temperament: judge repeatedly snapped at my attorney and refused the questions he posed to me during testimony, She ate up all of our time based on questioning etiquette yet she did none of this to the defendant’s attorney. she also refused numerous exhibits, even when for instance, one chart for expenses was the same chart that my ex was using, however when we tried to use the exhibit, my ex objected, and the attorney accepted that. again, the hypocrisy is extreme. judge came off, very curt and rude to me, but kind, and sympathetic to my ex. she claimed to have read the whole case file however there is literally no way she could’ve read six or seven years worth of files and she said she based all of her orders on that file which means she ignored the domestic violence the assault and the continued post divorce abuse of my ex. Communication: The Judge sends a pre-packet to every case telling parties what her expectation is of the parties. One such expectation is that every motion will be notarized Or it may be denied. The kicker here is that she never denied my ex who never notarized his emotions but the one time I was unable to notarize mine she outright rejected my motion. so again this judge leverage is her own rules and state law to make the case however, she wants it, which in this case was to punish me for reasons, I’ll never understand. her orders are fairly thorough and as people like to say appeal proof, however, numerous things were contradictory in her orders and they were clear errors. even though she refused to address and adjust rather than leave, confusing, inaccurate, or plain outright lie that she made up with no evidence. Timeliness: i’d say she’s not the worst judge as far as getting orders out, Within around two months.
