family law Legal Knowledge: I don’t know how but he gets it so wrong but he does. Fairness & Impartiality: Good luck if you’re pro se. Judicial Temperament: He’s nice in person but when he writes orders he is as cruel as it gets. Timeliness: Takes forever to make decisions and takes forever to get through hearings, even simple ones.

Mom brought father to court to request daughter (17) be able to chose her schedule with her father after daughter made accusations about being isolated and punished due to fathers feelings about mother. - Sandberg put a GAL in place. after a full year and mom complying- Sandberg still put 90% of the GAL fees on mom after continually stating he agreed this matter was necessary to come to court, that mom did so in good faith (father refused mediation twice before court). Sandberg stated that we “won” so we shouldn’t complain about the costs ($15k) mind you, we did not request the GAL. Sandberg put her in place and continually made it clear that his lunchtime was far more important- including refusing witnesses because he was “annoyed”. Legal Knowledge: to add- he has been fired as a prosecutor previously in other states and as recently as the last year threw out a DUI on a clear case where an 8 yr old was killed. #justiceforkatarina Judicial Temperament: known to have an unpredictable attitude and will start shouting out of nowhere in the middle of a hearing. Communication: Uses copy-paste and doesn’t look over changes in court documents Timeliness: Gets things done as fast as her can without being Thourough
