I’ve been in multiple hearings with Judge Agotness for juvenile, family law, and criminal cases. Legal Knowledge: she often does not know what she’s doing. she makes the attorneys figure it out for her and if she can’t do that, she often gets it wrong. Fairness & Impartiality: this judge will pick a side for no reason and be completely unfair. she honestly believes she knows it all and knows how to tell who’s telling the truth. Judicial Temperament: she can’t hold in her need for attention. she constantly talks about herself. on top of that she often makes faces and gets rude with litigants yelling at them for no reason. Communication: she refuses to communicate and then punishes attorneys and parties for not doing what she wanted (without telling anyone).
