Custody. Judge decides case before hearing. During hearing is argumentative with one party while being preferential to the other party and ultimately reverses custody to the child's detriment. Legal Knowledge: Takes evidence that has been manipulated. Sustains objections then allows herself to be biased by a video that only shows what happened after one party caused physical harm to the other party. This judge has stated the victim is abusing the violator. One party has a protective order against the other party. the party who is restrained because of their actions keeps claiming to be harmed by his boundaries and the judge is in agreement. The judge has allowed the abuser to be in contact with his victim and when the dvpo violator twisted his victims arm when they were merely attempting to follow this judge orders to retrieve their child during a custodial exchange. The judge has given no concern for the victim or the victims minor child. Not one word to correct the abusers behavior. He is allowed to twist the other parties arm but the victim is admonished in court for having a reaction to being assaulted. in judgement this judge has written in the findings of fact many things that didn't happen, weren't said, in court as fact. The judge confuses the parties regularly. Fairness & Impartiality: Judgement was made prior to hearing. She treats the party who has a dvpo as the victim because he claims to be. She discredited any 3rd party official who's understanding contradicts her already created prior to the day finding. Allowed herself to be biased by a video that starts after abuse. It is simple She yelled at the party that doesn't lie and manipulate. She found for the party that clearly did not follow protocol, didn't give notice, lied about the situations present in the filing. Clearly lied. Clearly violated boundaries. She yelled at the party who didn't do these things. Judicial Temperament: She seems patient but it doesn't matter. She has allowed the worst behavior from one party over and over again. When the party who wants the best for the child asked time and time again for simple things that would allow the Minor child to be kept from harm She denied it. After the abuser had the child 6 hrs then takes the child who isn't in need of immediate medical attention to an ER then lies to medical professionals about numerous CPS cases that the same pay has created and ALL been unfounded, He gets those med pros to say marks they see are intentional harm even while the child is saying she hasn't been hit. This parent didn't take his child to the E.R. at midnight because the child was crying or sick or in pain. He did it to create a story to go along with his other stories. Now without cross examination. Without actually seeing any marks outside of what was already there from an actual accident the child actually spoke about, CUSTODY is reversed and the minor child no longer goes to school or has any contact with many of the people in her regular life. Communication: She's great in the room. This last finding of facts in her ruling were completely argumentative, not actual facts, and totally biased. Timeliness: She is always on time. Even opened the court on her day off when the violent party didn't show up for their Emergency Custody Hearing. Yes the party that got emergency custody did not show up, while it would have been appropriate for the judge to just cancel the order since they had no intention of coming in that day AT ALL, she kindly came the next day on her day off to hear his inconsistent claims and cancel that emergency order. It is a shame she did not remember that hearing the next time he created another Emergency request.
