a case where mom abused dad, abandoned kids and rarely saw them and paid nothing for them. dads motions, concerns, and evidence of abuse, alienation, gatekeeping, financial contributions, all went ignore. judge allowed mom to lie on stand, in documents, violate order and never held her accountable even as she harassed dads new wife and his other biological child. Legal Knowledge: she goes on what she wants ignoring evidentiary proceedings. Fairness & Impartiality: mom admitted dad had primary and she still made dad pay child support to mom for a time mom wasn't taking care or seeing them. ignored abuse and harassment and allowed mom to maintain unfair control. even tried to push to have a minor child brought into hearings that was not part of case and has tried to include dads new partner's income into child support. ignored all lies that were proven when mom committed perjury and various lies in court. ignored all emails proving mom did not pay fair share of expenses and continued abuse of dad and harassment of his new partner and child as well as alienation. awarded retroactive child support to mom for a time dad primarily had kids for 3 years, mom paid nothing, mom admitted this as well as that dad helped pay her bills and child care and it was ignored and she was granted the highest amount and attorney fees when she makes the same income as dad. Judicial Temperament: swayed heavily towards mom and her counsel, refused evidence from dad and his counsel, refused to be knowledgeable on case. seemed out of the loop and would only take moms counsels word for anything, without proof. Communication: it was very "because I said so" and ignores anything brought forth of "legally this isnt correct" was dismissed because dad was pro se so hes not an attorney and cant speak to that. wouldnt allow dad to object as representing himself. Timeliness: allowed opposing counsel to drag out court. postpone dates. custody dragged on for 4 years and continues after a final decision was established. allowed custody to change every 6 months. post posing trial allowed witnesses to not be available and judge didnt care to set trial times to accommodate dads witnesses but kept changing them for mom.
