Custody Legal Knowledge: Marion Boone will not let evidence be permitted or heard in her court room. She cut off a CPS worker and wouldn’t let her testify to the things in the file. She also wouldn’t let the file or pictures be seen. She stated “we don’t use CPS as a fishing hole” when the emergency hearing was based solely on CPS investigating and then substantiated the allegations of emotional abuse, neglect, education, and environment. Fairness & Impartiality: Marion Boone favors to certain attorneys. Jody Mitchell sitting under Boone has a 98% win when defending woman. 96.8% when representing men. the next closest attorney 67% win for women. and 3.3% win when representing men. When you won’t let your own county CPS social worker testify, we have a problem. not to mention not letting evidence be admitted due to no subpoena. But 3 cases before mine she allowed screenshots from a conversation to be admitted lol. Judicial Temperament: Temperment is absolutely terrible. Question her once and she will come unglued. The smartass grin and comments will begin. The woman thinks she is the actual law maker instead of actually following the law. Not only a joke of a judge. But a complete joke of a person. Now we know why her son struggled so much. Communication: Communication is limited unless you’re the favored party.
