Fairness & Impartiality: I not only appeared in a matter presided over by Judge White, but also observed several additional proceedings before him. Based on these experiences, it is my considered observation that Judge White conducted himself with impartiality. He afforded each individual a full and fair opportunity to be heard. Judge White consistently prioritized the safety and protection of alleged victims while maintaining fairness toward all parties. Importantly, Judge White treated self-represented litigants (pro se parties) with the same respect and consideration as those represented by counsel, ensuring equitable participation in the proceedings.
