Judicial Temperament: She lifts her hair once in a while so she can hear the select peaces of trial. She clenches lips, smirks, laughs at victims. Shows indifference and lack or any care Timeliness: McCallum is scolded by appeals for dragging out cases via temporary orders- her way of evading appeals and holding parents hostage
