Family Custody Legal Knowledge: I got no due process . I turned in two motions to show cuase and contempt, neither were heard. She said she needed dates on one, then wrote the Custody order the same day leaving no meaningful time to complete that for the courts. And so so much more. Fairness & Impartiality: Judge Bell Ignored my witness testimony one of them was a GAL for that county. She did not write anything that either of my witnesses said about me or about the situation. she ignored alcohol testing that I asked for on the father. she painted the father as the father of the year and he even admitted to drinking every day on the stand but she said there was not enough evidence to say there was any problem. Cps also made my ex fix my six-year-old son’s teeth because they were completely rotted out. I had to call Cps. It was horrible. And Judge Bell asked what was so important about teeth. Judicial Temperament: she rolled her eyes at everything, and even fell asleep in my trial . There are several of us that have lost our children because of her. She called the people that I was with the peanut Gallery, I had so many people that showed up for me, professionals that had traveled. it was so disrespectful . she took a phone call a personal phone call. the list could go on and on. Communication: she is disrespectful and rude and talks to you like you’re a dog . Timeliness: she took five months to rule on my Custody. I know of other cases that are over a year or more.
