Although my cases before him didn't go in my son's or myselfs right to protection or safety I do believe he took the time with what evidence he was given to uphold the law. in a broken system sometimes judge's are also stuck carrying out the injustice. I truly this judge is a good one. I've witnessed him in court hearing other cases for years. I honestly think he'd like to do more than the law allows. you can see it in his face. he cares. you can hear it in his voice when he doesn't agree with what the law mandates he do. he rushes he won't make eye contact he seems upset aggravated and for such a kind reasonable providing judge to leave the room so quickly, you can tell it pains him. The laws need to change so judges like this one can be able to do the right things, protect children, protect families, and uphold the law, with dignity.
