She jailed a man for over 3 months to extort money when she had no jurisdiction (no right!!!); she jailed mother on contempts extorting $70k when appeals also said she was wrong. knowing the law and choosing to uphold the law are different. Mann chooses to ignore the law so she can rule like a Dictator, so she can replace the law with her own set of rules. Thats worse than a ln uneducated judge…. Thas a tyrant. Fairness & Impartiality: Mann favors men, demeans mothers. A change.org petition goes into detail (find it by her name, it calls to stop family court corruption in Mecklenburg County). Mann often ridicules mothers in her court, even writes in belittling comments into her orders. She also just signs orders the attorneys give her, and doesnt care when attorneys change her ruling on ther. She refuses to give cases attention and has preconceived notions the minute she’ll see your face. Judicial Temperament: arrogant, ego maniac, woke with daddy issues
