Judicial Temperament: was very professional, to the point. Communication: Over 6 months to get a court date, no communication from the courtroom is horrible. not all Judges fault so this rating is more for Yellowstone county than Linneweber. He seemed to communicate well but the timeframe of the court is terrible. 6 Months for an emergency hearing is too long. Timeliness: Again more I think Yellowstone County and overworking judges but booking cases 6-8 months out is rediculous.
