filed for divorce with this court and was initially granted request. Legal Knowledge: the judge spoke to a judge from another state without following proper procedures and ended up staying my complaint for divorce, dissolving is without prejudice, forcing my case to be heard in Ca where no legal proceedings or authority was or had been established. No party had lived in Ca, yet I was informed a week after the case had been dropped that I would have to fight CA along with my ex to be a father to my children after I asked for the divorce and she kidnapped the children. Fairness & Impartiality: they judge had already been reprimanded for recusing too may cases to lessen her caseload. something sur doubled down on in regards to my filing and her changing my cases acceptance. crazier even still, my ex actually had an accepted plea of divorce in Forrest Co, something I was unaware of and she refuses to disclose to CA or MS during this. my divorce was transferred to Ca where I was being forced into a legal separation. Something that the state of MS don’t even recognize as a legal status between parties. Judicial Temperament: refusing to hear cases as of that is an inconvenience to your profession is just sad. obviously the wrong temperament if you only care about how much work you may be required to do in your public service. No integrity Communication: horrible. I and my attorney were informed a week after her ill actions with a Ca judge behind our backs through email with zero chance of recourse as Ca had already taken her position and ran with it again. Timeliness: her untimely notification to me and my attorney of her illicit acts performed in the shadow and off record compounded the harm placed against me and my children’s well being. my children’s safety was less important that her getting home earlier than not.
