Restraining Order Privette had already made his mind up based on his relationship to the accuser - who I still don't know to this day, except for her name. Even the Sheriff's Office told her to stop calling in false reports. She then went and filed a Restraining Order, because I was running my dog down a county dirt road she moved onto, which I had been doing for YEARS before she moved in. Privette is a weaselly, treasonous, traitorous judge, who just ruins people's lives, because he can. I watched him dispose of all the cases he had that day, and he abused his authority on every case he heard. That was just one day. The people of West Plains Missouri have no respect for him, or the judiciary BECAUSE of him. He has NO business being a judge, and whomever elevated him to that position, has no business being one either. The election is rigged, because somehow, he's the only candidate, every election, and the people who vote for him, have never been subjected to his tyranny. There's probably worse judges, but in this area, he's definitely the worst. Nobody that I'VE met, likes him in any way. Legal Knowledge: Privette rarely uses law, except to justify his wrongful decisions, and then, he perverts the law to fit his needs. Fairness & Impartiality: Definitely not un-biased, verdicts for his friends, family and colleagues; also judges based on ones appearance - if you don't look like his idea of a respectable person, you're guilty from the start and he just goes through the motions until he can render his verdict. Judicial Temperament: Regularly throws temper tantrums in the courtroom. Communication: Doesn't really communicate. Reads most everything from prepared scripts, most of the time prosecutors and defense attorneys work together, to keep him from interfering too much.
