Fairness & Impartiality: seems to lean towards male litigates. Gives to much power to biased GALs and allows the GALs to change his orders. Evidence is often hidden from him because of this. And his response is I can only make a judgment off the evidence presented knowing darn well that suppressed evidence could change everything. Legal Knowledge: may know but doesn't always abide by it.
