I have been before this judge on several occasions where I was being charged as a defendant. I have always been treated fairly by judge LePage and he has always appeared to be unbiased and lawful. that doesn't mean he doesn't hold you accountable he certainly does but he does it in a unbiased and fairway Legal Knowledge: I don't know how well he knows the law but I'm assuming he knows it pretty well and all I know is he is always treated me barely and with respect even though I was being charged with a criminal offense before him Fairness & Impartiality: as a person before him being charged with a crime I believe I was treated fairly and with respect Judicial Temperament: I have never seen judge LePage act inappropriately or act in a biased fashion towards anyone before him Communication: he communicates just fine he let you know what he expects and he let you know that it wouldn't be wise to cross him Timeliness: I've never had a problem or an issue with him being timely
