he signed a court order to remove children that had already been removed the day before without any imminent danger and no proof of abuse or neglect all based on lies and allegations by a caseworker not allowing the parents any due process whatsoever Legal Knowledge: I assume he knows the law but he doesn't follow it or constitutional rights Fairness & Impartiality: I can't see that he has any fairness or in partiality in him as he signs court orders to remove children who have not been abused or neglected and who are in no imminent danger based on lies and allegations without any proof or evidence of abuse or neglect Judicial Temperament: I'm sure he plays nice with others but he is not fair or impartial and he allows CPS to remove children without any evidence of abuse or neglect or imminent danger making false statements and allegations without a shred of evidence causing lifetime trauma for an entire family and I'm sure he sent it on many occasions Communication: the only thing I know of that he communicates is he is unlawful like the rest of these Jasper County judges around here who take children out of families for nothing more than their own financial gain. they drive a guard children without any concern for being held accountable for their egregious and unlawful Acts Timeliness: I have a problem with this timeliness. he's in a hot hurry to remove children from families where there's been no abuse or neglect! he needs to slow his roll and stop traumatizing families by the thousands
