Custody modification and Habeas Corpus Legal Knowledge: I'm not sure he's brushed up on the elements required to modify custody and not address a family access or habeas corpus. Fairness & Impartiality: He let the opposing counsel go in the hall and make a phone call and then receive a paper during our trial. Pretty much every time the opposing counsel filed something it was answered promptly. Mine however was not. Judicial Temperament: He is calm and doesn't raise his voice. If there is something you don't understand about the process he will explain briefly. Communication: He was very blunt with my attorney when she called to get answers. Gave her no explanation. None of the ruling he made was legal or fair. Timeliness: My case started in late 2024. Trial in July 2025.
