I have been before the honorable Judge Rhodes and she has always treated me with kindness and dignity up to this point. have a trial coming up before her and I believe she will treat me with fairness Legal Knowledge: I believe she is very knowledgeable in the law and at this point she has not violated any of my constitutional rights and she has been helpful in providing me information that she is allowed to provide Fairness & Impartiality: so far at this time she has treated me with fairness and in partiality. I have never had a problem with her or the way she handles my case so far Judicial Temperament: I have never seen her act inappropriately. she is a no-nonsense type of lady as she should be and she will let you know not to cross her but I believe she treats people before her with fairness and dignity Communication: she communicates just fine and as a matter of fact if she believes you may not understand or believes what she's telling you isn't clear she will explain it to you and if you have any questions she will allow you to ask them and she will help you to the best of her ability with what she is legally able to provide you Timeliness: I have never had a problem with her being timely.
