Family law, dissolution with children. Legal Knowledge: This judge has allowed my kids, mom to repeatedly violate court orders, and Judge Jasper refused to enforce the Order she gave. Judge Jasper also allowed many continuances, knowing that the court order was not being followed, and the kids were being alienated. Fairness & Impartiality: once again, the judge allowed continuances well knowingly, allowing parental alienation for over eight months Judicial Temperament: judge Jasper Wood continuously cut me off as a pro say litigant and refuse to allow me to speak, after allowing the other party to have up to 10 minutes to argue their side. this judge is extremely short tempered and has yelled at me from the bench several times in multiple hearings, while I am simply just trying to explain my motion
