She was the Author of my Minnesota Court of Aopeals Judge. Legal Knowledge: She did not even read my appellant brief I wish I could share the complaint I just made on her with you guys. she messed up. the only thing she listed was what was on the respondents brief. Fairness & Impartiality: I believe she is lazy and paid off by corporate attorneys, she made two big errors in my opinion my appellate opinion. She fabricated things that the record shows clearly and everybody agrees upon. Judicial Temperament: I don't know I didn't get I didn't meet her she was my on my judges panel the author of the opinion. I'm sure she's kicked back and paid from corporate attorneys, cuz I know for a fact she did not look at any of the evidence or read my brief. Communication: Well she made erroneous errors so her communication must up to par.
