Legal Knowledge: He is widely known as a rubber stamp judge . He doesn't Actively listen, he rushes people. He blindly agrees with whatever the referee has decided. I have absolutely no idea how he has maintained staying in the court system as long as he has he does absolutely nothing and he is always late. Fairness & Impartiality: I believe he treats whichever party has the Attorney better . Judicial Temperament: He rolls his eyes and acts irritated that he has to listen Communication: he never explains his ruling. He normally tells you at the end of court that he will get an order together for you without telling you anything about his decision. Nothing you get nothing. Nothing ! Timeliness: he’s constantly late. I’ve been in front of him many times.
