Family Court Case for parenting time, custody, and child support. Had a lawyer in the beginning but found out all of them ( opposing counsel, my lawyer, and judge ) so I fired my lawyer and started representing in pro se. Lawyer never filed a motion on my behalf so I had to file my own motions and Lorie denied all of them. She violated my rights the entire time and she tried to make it seem like I was incompetent because she was being challenged. So now I’m in the court of appeals and the transcripts will contradict everything she ordered. My case is 1 of the rare ones and I won’t stop until I get what I’m suppose to have.
