I have been before this judge 2 times now. She has removed my minor sons 2 times now. I've been silenced during pro-se guardianship hearings and unable to defend myself and custody of my sons while their mother is absent. Legal Knowledge: She may understand the laws but goes completely against them and violates constitutional rights. Fairness & Impartiality: She has always been rude and never understanding nor compassionate about a struggling single father. Judicial Temperament: Very unprofessional and allows hear say to be based as fact. Communication: I asked for clarity and she offered none. I was then silenced when trying to defend myself. She also lies under oath.
