Fairness & Impartiality: Judge Hamood has a reputation of being partial toward the father, and often, the abuser. She has denied constitutional and human rights through failure to adjourn, failure to read the case thoroughly, and allowing unviewed/hearsay evidence to be read into the record. Her failures are on record and hopefully, she learns how to do or gets voted out. Judicial Temperament: She does not communicate with respect to people she finds intimidating. This shows a lack in skill and self confidence. The job is not for someone like that. She is pretty though, but that’s not what the job is about.
