Also threatening and intimidating Fairness & Impartiality: Believes everything CPS tells him, even if there's no evidence to back up their claims Judicial Temperament: Cocky, know-it-all, demanding, threatening. Communication: Regularly rules against people who have no reason to be ruled against
Juvenile/CPS Legal Knowledge: Would say one thing in a hearing and allow orders to be amended after the fact by lower authority employees. Also allows perjury as hearsay and says because it’s hearsay it’s admissible. Fairness & Impartiality: Would not allow me to speak in my own defense and told me that if I spoke, I would be held in contempt because I did not have representation with me. So then I was required to sit in front of him while the other party slandered me on the record with no way to defend myself because I had no attorney present . Judicial Temperament: Would sit and give facial expressions of boredom only listen to the department or court employees while completely dismissing anyone else. Would also belittle, and talk down to anyone not part of the county authority. Communication: One thing would be said in the courtroom, and then it would not be required by the department or court authority to follow their end while they were allowed to make new expectations and amend court orders. would also accept direct emails from county authorities and the department while not accepting anything from the other party. Which resulted in him informally sending a detective to my home to question me. Timeliness: Would not give timelines on what his expectations were would just say when review hearings were. Also allowed an ex parte motion without even hearing the opposing sides story.
