Legal Knowledge: very unfair Judge, doesn’t view evidence nor allow people to speak, this Judge has poor judgement with understanding the law. very bias unfortunately doesn’t care about children’s lives aka best interests of the children. lawyer up if you have to see her. she is not knowledgeable she has anger issues seems like we are in trouble folks. don’t vote for her Timeliness: sure if you want to loose custody of your kids she will not give them a voice at all.
we submitted a motion to dissolve…proving how law was not followed. how taking a child without hearings happened multiple times. we proved this and she denied it. opposing party made an exparte motion about “contact” with husband, that never occurred but got enforced even harder. there has been zero proof of abuse or neglect yet she and the previous judge have taken away parental rights from the defendants mother. The opposing attorney FULLY admitted that her client has anger issues…and they refuse to follow law. Legal Knowledge: This judge has NEVER practiced family law, and is now enforcing past illegal rulings. Fairness & Impartiality: defendant has been in front of judge previously, was proven not guilty, but the prosecutors tried theee times for the same accusation. Judicial Temperament: looses her mind when she is upset. tells people to shut up, when she belittles them, doesn’t follow the 7 day ruling for for motions and when they show up to state this she threatens them with “suspending parenting time”. Timeliness: excellent with being on time.
