judge black put an order to disclose for my husband his child and child's mother she ordered unredacted DCF files and inside those files were MY files and my children's files. My husband was the plaintiff in this case and child mother was defendant. Judge Black never once ordered pre trial hearing despite summons being served. She pretended to not know of DCF involvement in June of 2024 funny thing about that is we asked for emergency custody in March of 2024 and informed her DCF was involved and she declined emergency custody.
Judicial Temperament: very rude unprofessional and lack of regard for parents trying to get rights or visitation with their kids.

I filed for my ex to have supervised parenting time because I had a restraining order also a child support and custody case
Legal Knowledge: she did not treat me fairly when I filed Ada accomodation(held me in contempt when I had proof of AppClose messages I wasn’t doing what my ex said but due to ada accommodation I was on zoom and court did not accept it through efile then I was told to email she never got it instead of giving me another date she held me in contempt(also told me to bring it in when I did The court “lost” entire binder. but she ruled guilty including all my other exhibits. also did not even listen to a word I had to say only my ex the defendant. she also did not believe I am disabled because I don’t recieve ssi yet. she attributed income to my child support calculation giving me much less then I was eligible to get she said I was able to work even though I have been disabled by mental health doctor and primary care doctor since 2009 and even have a hadicap placard. I had doctors letters on phone I was unaware at hearing she stated I should have had that with me it’s part of financial form but it did not say that on the papers. she also said I can not claim my kids who live with me full time and only see dad supervised 1 day a week claimed I’m not eligible due to being disabled. I can. she made multiple clerical errors in judgements that took me months to fix costing me months worth of child support and then allowed dad to claim them even though he’s in arrears because of her mistake and him not obeying verbal order. she refused to listen to my attorney regarding my kids grandparent supervising visits when the last time she did for dads other child grandparent broke the order over and over again and a week after final judgement grandparent already breaking this new order regarding my kids. long of shirt judge black did not take my ada accommodations into consideration during my trial and prior hearings did not give me a fair trial or hearings. judge black did not consider what’s in the best interest of the children. Every attorney I spoke to said I’m so sorry u have her as a judge she’s difficult.
Timeliness: she told me she gave too much time 20mins every hearing complained about how long it
was.

Communication: every time I ask for clarification on something she didn’t give me an answer. She told me it was my problem.
