this judge unfortunately did not extend both my child and my RO despite evidence offered. he took the opposing party word at face value claiming I was not credible without review of offered evidence. poor understanding of coercive control dynamics and did not apply the law as written nor protected a child. due to his actions father used it to gain custody in court and child reported more harm consistently following this. child to this date not protected
