On a civil case she refused an award of attorneys fees despite case law on point, a favorable judgment for my client, and an underlying contract to recover fees. She was clearly willing to reject settled law in favor of her opinions. Client did not want to pursue an appeal due to cost and I think the Judge knew that and that’s why she ruled the way she did. Completely useless, incompetent and corrupt.
