Does not adhere to proper procedure and bias is often obvious. Judicial Temperament: Sharp tongued, rude in tone, dismissive of people, and defensive when challenged on anything. None of which is professional. Communication: it is clear he does not thoroughly review evidence in some instances. He makes assumptions about things and makes rulings on a whim without proper review and consideration. Does not listen well but sure likes to hear himself talk.
